Job Description

Follow up diligently on leads and ensure timely conversion into sales Negotiate deals, handle objections, and drive closures efficiently Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activity, and customer data in Salesforce Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns for assigned projects Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 5 - 10 years of experience in real estate or high-involvement B2C sales Proven ability to manage and mentor sales teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision making Ability to work weekends and travel locally as needed
