Job Title: Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP) Job Description: Dynamic sales professional with a knack for building strong relationships and a keen eye for detail. Play a pivotal role in acquiring customers, managing channel partnerships, and ensuring the seamless processing and disbursement of LAP loans (With ticket size ranging from 40 lacs to 7.5 Crores). Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver month on month targets of loan disbursals of loan against property 2. Build & Source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) / channel partners / other channels. 3. Achieve key business metrics of IRR, Fee Income and Cross Sell of insurance product 4. Perform initial assessments of loan applications for login, facilitate visits to credit team & technical team for loan due diligence 5. Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement 6. Track and update PDD - Post disbursal documents and provide post-disbursal support to customers Key Skills and Qualifications: Education: Graduate or MBA (preferred) or equivalent Work Experience: Candidate from relevant field (mortgage) / industry (NBFC) with minimum 4/5 years of experience.
