About the role Person will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives arising out of various transitions, projects, intakes, and transfers and communicating the impact of changes to all stakeholders effectively. This person should be self-driven smart candidate with professional ethics and behaviour with very high degree of communication skills in English (both written and verbal. The person will be responsible for but not limited. Key Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of the E2E change management solution. Creation of the E2E change management strategy and solution by consolidating relevant inputs from cross functional teams. Implement the defined internal and external governance strategies (risks / issues / communication / compliance & controllership / knowledge / people / reporting etc.) creating a zero surprise’ environment’ through the project cycle. Effective communicator and change adopter. Good Relationship building skills. Proactive communicator. Developing and executing a comprehensive communication plan. Preparing communication materials for various channels. Organizing townhalls and managing content for internal portals. Supporting the GBS branding strategy, mapping stakeholders, and ensuring alignment in communications. Requirements 10+ years of experience in finance/digital/project manager and exposure on at least 1 digital deployment or finance transformation project People manager: ability to lead a team of experienced transition managers Finance/Technical or Digital background Project management / active Transitions experience and exposure to BPO/Captive SSC environment Exposure to project management tools (MS Project) and project management methodology.
