Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager with strong leadership capabilities and 610 years of proven experience in driving revenue.
The candidate will lead a team of sales executives, formulate sales strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, team-handling experience, and a strategic approach to sales planning.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives and senior executives.
Develop and implement result-driven sales strategies and market expansion plans.
Monitor team performance and guide members to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify new business opportunities and high-potential customer segments.
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct weekly reviews, prepare sales reports, and track KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business objectives.
Ensure proper training, motivation, and performance improvement of team members.
Oversee client negotiations, proposal submissions, and contract closures.
Manage escalations, operational challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/MBA with 6-10 years of experience in sales.
Proven track record of team leadership and sales achievement.
Strong business analytics, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Ability to mentor teams and handle high-pressure situations.
