Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and leadership? We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the stainless steel door industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
Prepare reports and present sales forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience as Sales Manager/Team Leader in building materials, doors, or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to develop new markets and drive sales growth
Graduation in Business/Marketing preferred
