Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable real estate solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

* Represent the brand at client meetings, presentations, and networking events.

* Handle challenging and pressure situations with professionalism and calmness.

* Collaborate with team members to create strategies and close deals effectively.

* Provide timely reports and feedback to management.

Requirements:

✔ Experience: 3–5 years in sales within the real estate sector, preferably dealing with premium or luxury properties.

✔ Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

✔ Location: Gurugram (with frequent travel across locations as required).

✔ Skills:

* Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations with confidence.

* Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

* Field job oriented, with flexibility to travel as per business needs.

CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
