Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include overseeing the sales process, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will also handle sales training and coaching, ensuring team members have the necessary skills to succeed.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in budget management and achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the electrical solutions industry is a plus
