We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead villa sales and drive business growth in the premium housing segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual villa sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Identify and engage with HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals), NRIs, and other potential buyers for premium villas.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and events to attract potential buyers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide inputs for product positioning.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales executives (if applicable).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in premium products or villas, or apartments
• Strong network in Thrissur, Kerala, and NRI markets is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the premium/luxury segment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
