About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager from the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves developing new business, managing existing clients, and driving revenue growth across key trade lanes and service verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Acquire and retain customers to expand the company’s client base.
• Manage receivables and ensure positive cash flow.
• Identify and develop new business leads across all logistics service lines.
• Analyze client performance in terms of margin, volume, and profitability.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Enhance yield and profitability through effective pricing and negotiation.
• Coordinate with the operations team to establish customer SOPs.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Sales within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade lanes such as China, USA, Germany, and South Africa.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue goals.
• Individual sales contributor with strong negotiation and customer management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
