and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship & Service Excellence

Manage
customer complaints
effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and high service standards.
Develop and implement
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for operational efficiency and onboarding of key accounts.
Conduct
regular business reviews
with customers to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Operational & Financial Management

Ensure
cost optimization
while maintaining service quality.
Oversee
accurate and timely billing
, invoice submissions, and statement reconciliations for key accounts.
Monitor and drive the
collection of payments
from key accounts to maintain a healthy cash flow.

Reporting & Strategic Insights

Prepare and submit
value-added reports
to key accounts, providing insights into business performance.
Conduct
periodic business reviews
with key clients, presenting data-driven recommendations for improvement.
