Operational & Financial Management Ensure cost optimization while maintaining service quality. Oversee accurate and timely billing , invoice submissions, and statement reconciliations for key accounts. Monitor and drive the collection of payments from key accounts to maintain a healthy cash flow. Reporting & Strategic Insights Prepare and submit value-added reports to key accounts, providing insights into business performance. Conduct periodic business reviews with key clients, presenting data-driven recommendations for improvement.
