Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales growth, distribution expansion, and market penetration across the South.

* Appoint and manage Distributors (DBs), Distributor Consultants & Managers.

* Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company goals.

* Conduct business reviews, analyze performance & guide corrective actions.

* Lead training and capability-building for DBs and their teams.

* Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions and regional campaigns.

Requirements:

* 8 to 12 years of experience in Direct Selling / Consumer Goods / FMCG.

* Strong expertise in regional sales, distribution & business strategy.

* Proven record of driving growth, profitability, and team capability.

* Excellent analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills.
