Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead tourism sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and travel partners. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the travel & tourism industry, excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Sell domestic and international tour packages, holiday plans, hotel deals, flight bookings, and travel services.
• Identify new markets, build new client pipelines, and generate business opportunities.
• Engage with walk-in customers, corporate clients, travel agents, and online leads.

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored travel solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, provide itinerary guidance, and ensure excellent service.

Team & Operations Management

• Manage, guide, and support the sales team (if applicable).
• Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and service delivery teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of bookings, documentation, and customer communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in FMCG / Insurance / Tourism sales.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada (spoken and written).
• Local Area Knowledge: Must be familiar with Mahalakshmi Layout, Rajajinagar, Nagarbhavi, Yeshwanthpur, Jalahalli Cross, Dasarahalli, and surrounding areas.
• Computer Skills: Basic MS Office, CRM knowledge preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
