Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gwalior. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and managing client relationships, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing sales plans, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
Team Leadership and Management skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proven track record in the financial services or housing finance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
