Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager stationed in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include client relationship management, market analysis, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, presenting properties to potential clients, and negotiating deals. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and managing sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the Gurugram region
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools
• Analytical skills for market and sales data evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• A proactive approach to acquiring and retaining clients
