·      Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets
·      Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives and associates

·      Negotiate and close high-value contracts

·      Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, finance) for seamless execution
·      Represent Tri Route Inc at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
·      Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, food technology, chemistry, or related
·      5â8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
·      Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
·      Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
·      Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
·      Willingness to travel across India
·      Experience in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or specialty chemicals a plus
