Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Delhi, OH. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, generating sales reports, coordinating with marketing teams for promotions, and providing training and support to sales staff.

Team Management, Client Relationship Management, and Training skills
Experience in generating sales reports and coordinating with marketing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the digital industry or technology sector is a plus
