Job Description

Sales Manager Tourni-S (Medical Consumables / Blood Collection Segment)

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve sales targets and expand the
Tourni-S
product presence by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing market positioning through competitor and trend analysis.
Channel & Distribution Management:
Develop and manage a strong distributor network across India to ensure product availability,
timely supplies, and consistent sales performance.
Key Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including large diagnostic chains, government institutions, and hospitals.
Negotiate annual rate contracts (ARC) and institutional tie-ups. Coordinate product trials, demonstrations, and evaluations at customer sites.
Marketing & Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events, gather market feedback, and enhance brand visibility through effective merchandising.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to track performance and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Science / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Medical Devices / Business Administration.
58 years
of sales experience in
medical consumables / diagnostic supplies / laboratory products.
Proven track record in B2B institutional sales (especially hospitals or diagnostic labs).
Strong network among distributors, hospital procurement teams, and pathology lab chains.
