Role & responsibilities Organizing routine servicing schedules. Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts and carry our scheduled maintenance to avoid the equipment breakdowns. Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipments. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. Allocating work to a team of fitters. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate. Carrying out quality inspections. Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed. Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available. Coordinating with the Maintenance Manager and Production Manager Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns. Channel & Distribution Management: Develop and manage a strong distributor network across India to ensure product availability, timely supplies, and consistent sales performance. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including large diagnostic chains, government institutions, and hospitals.
