Job Description

Overview We’re looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Sales Manager who can completely own sales targets while leading and growing a strong team. This role isn’t just about selling—it’s about creating momentum, building people, and making sure the numbers tell a story of growth. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love chasing targets, and can bring out the best in your team, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Own and drive sales targets for assigned categories or regions. Build and lead a team of Sales Executives / Associates, motivating them to hit individual and team targets. Monitor and optimize the lead funnel — from inbound inquiries to conversion. Develop and implement sales strategies to boost conversion and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the team. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for feedback and alignment. Use data to identify gaps, track KPIs, and improve efficiency in the sales process. Ensure timely reporting and forecasting of sales metrics. Requirements 4–5 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in high-growth environments. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven culture. Background in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or a related field is a plus. Show more Show less
