Job Summary

To meet sales target and to drive sales growth with delivering a healthy PCPM that is profitable, sustainable business. Connect with top KOL’s / KBI’s that enhance quality of prescription flow and set a flow of trend to follow through.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales target achievement

• Ensures achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated zone.

Sales Planning &Analysis

• Forecasts and plans sales.
• Manages inventory at all levels.

Channel Management

• Defines the distribution structure and ensures distribution effectiveness.

Commercial control and market hygiene

• Controls credit and ensures adherence to financial disciplines and controls.
• Creates and maintains market hygiene in territory.

People Management

• Ensures sales force effectiveness by managing, motivating and developing personnel.
• Ensures adherence to norms and discipline in the zone.

Miscellaneous

• Collects & collates market data and provides feedback to the division.
• Coordinates with other departments
