Role: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager at HOABL will be responsible for driving property sales through both direct and channel partner networks. You will manage client relationships, expand market reach across India and international locations, and deliver consistent revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of a techdriven real estate revolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through targeted marketing initiatives and strategic campaigns.
  • Manage and motivate channel partners to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of channel partners, including registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal.
  • Maximize revenue from highperforming partners while supporting and uplifting nonperforming ones.
  • Build and maintain a strong investor database through channel partner networks.
  • Provide timely product and pricing updates to partners.
  • Identify and tap into potential directclient markets across India and abroad.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for all property portfolios.
  • Manage direct enquiries generated through advertisements, digital campaigns, and outdoor visibility.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing property offerings and value propositions.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize sales transactions with prospective clients, corporate houses, and MNCs.
  • Strengthen longterm client relationships and ensure repeat business through consistent engagement and followups.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and gather relevant market intelligence.
  • Consistently achieve the sales and revenue targets set by the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA (mandatory)

    with

    1–4 years

    of relevant postqualification sales experience.
  • Bangalore based candidates only.
  • Proven experience managing channel partners and handling direct sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and gather real estate insights.
  • Preferred candidates with experience in

    Luxury Real Estate

    or

    Wealth Management

    portfolios.
  • High performanceoriented mindset; thrives in a fastpaced, innovationdriven environment.
