You will be working as a Team Leader at Vimbri Media Pvt. Ltd. under the brand name The Dollar Business. Your work schedule will be for 6 days a week, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. The offered salary for this position is 6 LPA. The office is located at B/1/1401, West Gate Business Bay, Opp. Andaj party plot, makarba, S.G Highway, Ahmedabad 380054. By leveraging technology and intelligence, The Dollar Business optimizes global operations for its diverse clientele, offering insights from 181 countries to help manufacturers, exporters, and importers navigate the complexities of global trade successfully. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and supervise a team of B2B sales executives to meet sales targets - Identify and secure new business opportunities in the IT services/media sector - Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers - Devise effective sales strategies - Conduct regular training sessions, set goals, and conduct performance reviews to enhance team performance - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to synchronize sales campaigns - Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports for management - Engage in negotiating contracts and closing deals with potential clients **Qualifications Required:** - Good communication skills in Hindi and English - Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or media sales - Prior experience in team leadership or supervision - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Solid understanding of IT service solutions and client business requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field Immediate joiners or candidates available to start within 15 days are preferred.
