Sales Manager - Chennai

You are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, managing the distribution network, leading a sales team, building relationships with key stakeholders, and monitoring market trends. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure product availability and visibility. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, along with 8-12 years of sales experience in the FMCG or food industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial position. A strong network of distributors in Tamil Nadu and Kerala would be an advantage, and proficiency in Tamil and English is required (knowledge of Malayalam is beneficial).
