Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives, conducting regular meetings and performance reviews.
Strategy & Planning
: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to meet organizational goals.

Performance Management
: Set sales targets/quotas, monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and report results to senior management.

Sales Process Oversight
: Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, conversion, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.

Customer & Market Focus
: Build strong client relationships, resolve escalated issues, research market trends, and identify new opportunities.

Collaboration
: Work with marketing, product, and other internal teams for cohesive outreach and seamless delivery.

Budgeting
: Prepare and manage the sales department budget.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proven sales leadership experience.
Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and CRM software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field often preferred
