Sales Manager – Tech Sales (BFSI Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to deal closure.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the

  Banking, Lending, and BFSI

  ecosystem.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders (CXOs, Business Heads, IT Leaders) to position our solutions effectively.
• Deliver strong, solution-oriented presentations and proposals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure client success.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience:

  5–10 years of proven experience in

  Tech Sales

  , preferably selling to

  Banks, NBFCs, or Fintechs

  .
• A strong track record of

  exceeding targets

  and driving new business growth.
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
