Job Title: Sales Manager *OR* Sr. Sales Manager

Real Estate : Projects in Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi NCR

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

Salary Budget-3 LPA to 14 LPA (salary depends on skillsets, experience, market percentage rate)


Any Gender can apply


Working Days: Mon. to Sun

(Weekly only on Tuesday it will be off)

Working Time: 10am to 6pm


Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct and channel

sales in residential and commercial projects by reputed builders like DLF, M3M, BPTP, Signature

Global, 32nd Avenue, etc. The role demands strong market understanding, sales expertise, and

excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales & Business Development

Generate direct and channel partner leads for residential and commercial properties.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Convert inquiries into successful sales closures.

🔹 Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, investors, and corporate clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects from top builders like DLF, M3M, BPTP, Signature Global, etc. Handle post-sales customer service and documentation.

🔹 Project & Market Knowledge

Keep up-to-date knowledge of top builder projects like:

DLF (The Arbour, Ultima, etc.)

M3M (Capitalwalk, Skywalk, Golfestate, etc.)

BPTP (Parkland, The Pedestal, etc.)

Signature Global (City 81, Aspire, etc.)

32nd Avenue (Milestone, The Galleries, etc.)


Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

🔹 Marketing & Promotion

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and digital promotions.

Participate in property expos, site events, and corporate tie-ups.

Follow up on marketing-generated leads via digital platforms and tele-calling.

🔹 Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

Coordinate with the CRM, legal, and operations teams for smooth deal closures.

Maintain lead data using CRM tools or Excel.


Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR real estate market

Proven sales track record in high-ticket property sales

Well-versed with RERA compliance and real estate documentation

Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms

Ability to work independently and as a team leader


Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Marketing
