Job Description

As a Sales Manager I at Swiggy, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and driving business growth through strategic planning and relationship building. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges - Developing account strategies and action plans to meet client objectives and maximize account growth - Conducting regular face-to-face business reviews with clients, discussing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting new opportunities - Tracking and analyzing account performance, sales data, account funnel, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges - Driving business growth for newly onboarded partners by working on their basic hygiene and health metrics - Delivering incremental revenue and counter share for all assigned clients through monetization and commercial improvements - Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and delivering best-in-class restaurant NPS - Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly - Generating leads and proactively approaching potential clients, presenting our value proposition and securing new partnerships Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate with excellent communication skills - Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels - Confident, pleasing, and a go-getter personality - Effective communication skills - Attitude and aptitude for sales - Team player with analytical and good Excel skills - Leadership and influencing skills - Initiative and flexibility to adapt to change and implement appropriate solutions - Creativity and initiative to drive the business forward Key skills required for this role: - P&L understanding - Market research and intelligence - Customer lifetime value - Business development - Data logic, interpretation, and visualization - MS Excel proficiency - Data analysis - Result orientation - Managing relationships - Conflict management - Problem-solving Join Swiggy as a Sales Manager I and be part of a dynamic team that is transforming the on-demand delivery platform industry in India.,
