Job Opportunity: Sales Manager – Field Sales

Location: G-Square Business Park, Opp. Sanpada Station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Manager (Field Sales) to join our Channel Partner firm. The ideal candidate should bring strong industry knowledge, a proven sales record, and established connects with reputed builders in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed builders and clients.

* Handle client site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

* Explore new business opportunities to expand the firm’s presence.

* Report directly to the Managing Directors of the firm.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of field sales experience with reputed builders in the real estate industry.

* Proven track record of successful deal closures.

* Strong network and connects in Navi Mumbai real estate.

* Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for field operations.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
