Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Knowledge of the commercial real estate market is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach
