Job Overview You will lead Modulus Housing’s modular infrastructure solutions in agriculture and allied sectors —specifically targeting cold chains, animal husbandry, micro-processing units, and rural storage infra. The role involves deeply understanding the needs of cooperatives, agro-processors, and FPOs, and designing fit-for-purpose modular offerings. You will build long-term relationships, execute field visits, map demand cycles, and close business that directly impacts rural and semi-urban economies. This is a high-impact role designed to take modular construction to the grassroots. Key Responsibilities Sector Engagement Map and onboard stakeholders: FPOs, dairy cooperatives, cold storage aggregators. Stay updated with relevant government schemes, subsidies, and funding mechanisms to support client infra expansion. Position modular solutions for use in farm-level and mid-size agri infra. Business Development & Client Acquisition Generate and qualify leads by engaging with local institutions, agri consultants, state departments, and agri-tech startups. Target both seasonal and recurring infrastructure opportunities to build a consistent pipeline. Sales & Solutioning Build proposals aligned with ground-level operational needs. Work closely with field teams and distributors for client coordination. Growth & Expansion Ensure repeat business through referrals and customer success tracking. Identify high-potential geographies for regional growth. Post-Sales Collaboration Ensure smooth client handover to project and CRM teams post-deal closure. Follow up on performance, resolve commercial misunderstandings, and nurture long-term relationships. Act as the sectoral POC for strategic accounts and repeat programs. Qualification & Skills Educational Background Bachelor’s in Agri-business, Engineering, or Rural Management Experience 3–6 years in rural infrastructure sales or agri-tech. Fieldwork and stakeholder engagement experience in rural sectors Skills Excellent regional language communication.
