Role Description

We’re hiring a Sales Manager for a full-time role. You’ll take ownership of client acquisition, Partner relationship management, and revenue growth. The role involves  closely working with SI Partner , understanding client  requirements  for  proposing the right AVIT solutions, and ensuring they have a smooth experience end-to-end. You’ll also handle forecasting, reporting, and work closely with internal teams to keep delivery and sales aligned.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new SI Partners  and manage ongoing  Partner relationships
  • Work closely for Nvincy Promoted AVIT Brand Solutions 
  • Build and execute sales plans based on market needs
  • Present AVIT solutions in a clear, consultative manner
  • Track performance, forecasting, and reporting
  • Work with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Stay aware of market trends and competitive activity


Qualifications

  • Solid background in sales strategy, business development, and client management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong Partner Management and account mapping skills 
  • Understanding of AVIT solutions is an advantage
  • Comfortable with market analysis and competitive positioning
  • Able to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and adaptable to changing situations
  • Fluency in English, Hindi; regional South Indian languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; certifications are a bonus
  • Engineering background candidates will have an advantage 


Working Hours & Location

  • Work Mode: On-site – Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad
  • Days: Monday to Friday (full day)
  • Saturday: Half-day
