Sales Manager South India

As a Sales Manager at Nvincy, your main responsibility will be client acquisition, Partner relationship management, and revenue growth. You will work closely with SI Partners to understand client requirements and propose suitable AVIT solutions, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. Additionally, you will handle forecasting, reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to align delivery and sales efforts effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new SI Partners and maintain existing Partner relationships - Promote and support Nvincy's AVIT Brand Solutions - Develop and implement sales plans based on market demands - Present AVIT solutions in a clear and consultative manner - Monitor performance, conduct forecasting, and generate reports - Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery - Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities Qualifications: - Strong background in sales strategy, business development, and client management - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Proficient in Partner Management and account mapping - Knowledge of AVIT solutions is advantageous - Comfortable with market analysis and competitive positioning - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments - Fluency in English, Hindi; knowledge of regional South Indian languages is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; certifications are a bonus - Candidates with an engineering background will have an advantage Working Hours & Location: - Work Mode: On-site in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad - Days: Monday to Friday (full day) - Saturday: Half-day,
