Role Overview: At Medacta, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding the company's business in the assigned region. Your focus will be on achieving sustainable year-over-year growth, building strong relationships with key customers, and developing strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets. As a part of the Medacta team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving the care and well-being of orthopaedic surgery patients worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Establish Medacta business in the assigned region with sustainable year-over-year growth - Build and manage a network of distributors along with a clinical team - Identify, engage, and develop surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned region - Promote and execute customer engagement activities to enhance Brand Medacta - Focus on premium market customers and engage them through M.O.R.E. activities - Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets - Effectively manage, coach, and mentor team members to help them achieve individual and team objectives Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science/Pharmacy/Engineering or equivalent experience in Business - 15 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably from orthopaedic medical devices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Hindi and relevant regional language - Strong understanding of distributor management, clinical team management, along with KOL engagement is a must - Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach - Analytical and problem-solving skills,
