Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for the C&I solar EPC segment at Hodular One, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, nurturing key client relationships, developing new opportunities, and converting them into successful projects. Your role will require a strong blend of sales capability and technical understanding of solar EPC to drive the company's growth in the clean energy sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and convert high-quality leads for C&I solar EPC projects, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations. - Drive the entire sales process, from initial outreach and site evaluations to proposal preparation, negotiation, and final closure. - Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key industry stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. - Analyze client requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and collaborate with technical teams for accurate system design and proposals. - Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets, maintain clear pipeline visibility, and provide structured reporting to track progress. - Collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction. - Stay updated on solar policies, DISCOM guidelines, market developments, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decision-making. - Represent Hodular One at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance the company's visibility and industry reputation. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of proven experience in Solar EPC sales within the C&I segment. - Proven record of meeting sales targets and closing large corporate accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. - Strong pipeline management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple opportunities concurrently. - Highly driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as cross-functionally. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
