About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Hyundai dealership’s sales operations. The ideal candidate must bring proven experience in driving sales performance, managing teams, and achieving dealership growth targets, preferably from Hyundai or Maruti Suzuki dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure adherence to Hyundai brand standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and financiers.
• Oversee customer experience and ensure high levels of retention and referrals.
• Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and service departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecast future sales trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automobile industry.
• Experience with Maruti Suzuki or Hyundai dealerships is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of dealership operations and sales processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
