Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager – SME Accounts to accelerate our growth in the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and helping SMEs realize the value of our platform. Experience of 2–4 years of B2B sales, preferably in a tech product or SaaS company.

This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales fundamentals who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle for SME prospects – from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demos and clearly communicate value to decision-makers in small and medium businesses.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through a combination of inbound leads, outbound outreach, and referrals.
  • Understand customer pain points and align product features to their business needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular forecasts and reports.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales, preferably in a tech product or SaaS company. Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven success in selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks without losing attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Highly self-motivated with a bias for action and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
