Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager/ Executive - Chennai

The Ideal Candidate/Candidates should have very good experience with excellent contacts in Jewelry Trade. Ideal Candidate for Sales Manager should have 8 to 10 years work experience and Sales Executive should have 4 to 5 years experience in the Similar Trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to achieve targets and business goals
• Developing, implementing, and adjusting strategic sales plans in response to market trends and competitive activity
• Building strong relationships with existing clients and establishing new business opportunities.
• Tracking sales performance, analyzing relevant metrics, and reporting results to senior management
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and strategies
• Handling escalated customer issues and ensuring satisfaction

Typical Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales in Jewellery Business
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools

Sales Executive Role Details

• Act as the primary contact for customers—presenting products, answering queries, and closing deals
• Attend meetings, trade exhibitions, and maintain accurate client records[
• Work towards monthly or annual sales targets, often negotiating contracts and terms
• Seek and develop new business prospects while maintaining existing relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
