Accounts Manager

1.Proficiency in Accounting Software (Zoho)

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software for day-to-day accounting functions, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Ability to train existing staff in all aspects of Zoho to ensure efficient usage and effective adoption across the team.

2.Comprehensive Accounting Expertise

• Strong understanding of full accounting processes up to finalization, including the preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.).
• Expertise in bank reconciliation, maintaining cash transactions and the cash book, as well as accurate reconciliation of bills receivable (sundry debtors) and bills payable (sundry creditors).

3.Government Compliance Knowledge

• GST Compliance:
• Experience in working on GSTR-1 (outward supplies) and GSTR-3B (summary of GST returns) filings.
• Handling GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C annual return filings.
• Ensuring reconciliation of books of accounts with the GST portal, including working with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A, and GSTR-2B.
• TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT) Compliance:
• Managing TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of returns.
• Expertise in Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) contributions, ensuring timely remittances and return filings.
• Knowledge of Professional Tax (PT), including working on and filing returns in line with local government regulations.
• Reconciliation of TDS, PF, ESI, and PT with the books of accounts to ensure accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
