Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments for seamless service delivery, conducting market research, and participating in trade shows and networking events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and market research
Experience in creating and executing effective sales strategies and meeting sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the infrastructure, power, or water sectors is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
