Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
:

Identify and acquire new customers, particularly those in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, especially their CFOs and promoters.
Actively cross-sell other banking products, such as current accounts, deposits, and trade finance.

Solution Development & Presentation
:

Understand client businesses, their cash flow cycles, and working capital needs.
Recommend and present customized working capital solutions, including fund-based and non-fund-based products.
Develop and implement strategies to improve client cash flow and optimize their working capital.

Internal Collaboration
:

Liaise with internal teams, including credit, operations, and product development, to ensure smooth processing and delivery of solutions.
Provide feedback to the central team on product features and process improvements based on market trends and customer needs.

Sales Strategy & Performance
:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities to enhance the company's brand presence.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality customer service.

Portfolio Management
:

Continuously increase the size and profitability of the assigned client portfolio.
Monitor client accounts for compliance with loan stipulations and end-use of funds.
Manage delinquent accounts and initiate recovery processes when necessary.
