Designation : Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager /Territory/Regional

Location: Cochin, Kerala, India
Reporting To: Regional Head / COO

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Cochin and Kerala region. The role will focus on expanding our presence across hospitals, healthcare institutions, diagnostic labs, pharma companies, and government healthcare setups with a strong emphasis on infection control and medical consumables.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Kerala region.
  • Expand institutional client base and strengthen market presence.

Market Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic labs, pharma companies, corporates, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, infection control committees, purchase managers, and key opinion leaders.

Distributor & Channel Management

  • Appoint, manage, and support distributors/channel partners to ensure product availability and strong regional coverage.

Customer Engagement

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with institutional clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and relationship management.

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Maintain accurate MIS, pipeline updates, and competitor intelligence for the region.
  • Provide insights on market trends and suggest corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years of sales experience in Infection Control, Surgical, Medical Equipment, or Consumables industry, preferably handling institutional clients in Kerala.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Kerala healthcare ecosystem, especially Cochin and nearby markets.
  • Education: Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Engineering. MBA preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term institutional relationships.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,847.02 - ₹80,249.27 per month
