Job Summary:The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the overall efficiency and productivity of the sales function. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with brand objectives. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and resolution of issues. Oversee the recruitment and performance evaluation of sales staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
