We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, showing properties, and closing sales deals. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the real estate transaction process. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on preferences and budget. Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients. Negotiate deals and close property sales efficiently. Maintain a database of client information and real estate listings. Build and maintain relationships with customers and property developers. Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legislation. Prepare sales and marketing reports as required.
