Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth for our education technology solutions. The ideal candidate must have prior Ed-Tech industry experience and a proven track record in B2C sales. This role requires a combination of strong leadership and individual sales contribution.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Set performance expectations and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize lead flow.

Pipeline Management

  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • Maximize lead conversion and improve overall sales efficiency.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

Training & Development

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Market Awareness

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion.

Individual Contribution

  • Achieve personal monthly sales targets alongside team management responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Mandatory Ed-Tech industry experience.
  • Mandatory experience in B2C sales.
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, CRM tools, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
