Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with at least 8 years of experience in selling Copper Wire, Aluminium Wire, and related products. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial wire market
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience in copper/aluminium wire industry
• Strong team leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving capability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
