Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and analyzing market trends. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Proficiency in Developing Sales Strategies and Meeting Sales Targets Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Data Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills Ability to work independently and coordinate with various departments Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
