Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales of sealant impregnation chemicals, equipment, and solutions.
The role involves identifying and engaging clients across automotive, engineering, casting, and manufacturing sectors, managing key accounts, and developing long-term relationships.
The candidate will prepare techno-commercial proposals, conduct product demos, close deals, and work with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Extensive travel, strong technical knowledge of impregnation processes, and proven sales ability are essential.
