Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with
HNI/NRI investors
, bankers, wealth managers, and high-net-worth circles.
Present
project ROI, investment benefits, and property appreciation potential
to prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sale relationship management.
Conduct
site visits
and
investment presentations

Build alliances with BFSI professionals, banks, NBFCs, and financial planners for referral business.

Ideal Candidate

Experience:
3 + years in BFSI sales, Bancassurance, Proprietary Channel, Wealth Management, or NRI RM roles.
Strong
relationship-building
and
consultative selling
skills.
Existing
HNI/NRI client base
will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with high-ticket sales like ₹50L and above.
Age: Below 35 years.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Believes in targets achievement and values commitment.
