About Company:        Our Company has served almost Twenty Thousand plus Customers in the past Decade and has a Team size of 50 members with Offices in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Identify new market opportunities and ensure the company is positioned to capitalize on them. Monitor team performance and report on sales metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates). Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer experience. Prepare and present regular sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management. Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Manage budgets and ensure the team operates efficiently and within resource limits.
